Sandblasting nozzles
There are many different types of nozzles, designed their job. Smaller and more precise are used for finer jobs when bigger and higher pressured nozzles are being used ti strip paint large area.
Nozzle is part of sandblasting equipment which is being punished most. That is the main reason that sandblasting nozzle must be made from quality and hard materials.
Basic sandblasting nozzles are being made from ceramic, which is relativly hard compound. These nozzles can cope with smaller airflow and have smaller outer diameter and are normally used for finer job.
Nozzles that have wider diameter and can cope up with much higher airflow must be made from compound that will sustain all this. That is why these nozzles are made from tungsten carbide.
